You will leave Roses along the coast and you will pass through Cala Canyelles and then through Cala de l'Almadrava. Once past this, the road begins to climb and then makes an impressive turn to the left (with a steep slope) and then to the right you will take a dirt road that will take you to Punta Falconera. From there a wide dirt road also starts and you will start a 2 km climb to then connect with the normal road that leads to Cala Montjoi.

From there it is all dirt road. At Cap de Norfeu you will take a path to the left where you will go up to Puig Alt and from there you will go down the other slope that will take you to the Espelt vineyards. You will connect with the Montjoi - Roses road going down to Cuitadella
