This route offers you the opportunity to know the Marshes'natural park  and local’s products. You will leave Roses  along the Cuitadella and will go  cycling until the Natural Park of the Marshes. You will cross and arrive to Pau (Empordàlia) where you can see a Trull (oil mill)  as well as a wine cellar. Then you will ride until Vilajuiga (2km) through vineyards and olive groves, where  Empordàlia propose you a tasting of three wines, oils and a "tastets" (a taste of some others local’s products) Once finished, with energy and flavors of Emporda, you will cycle to Pedret and then to the bird observatory  of Vilaüt. Finally you will reach  Sta. Margarita and Roses all along his Bay (one of the most beautiful in the world, according to National Geographic).
